Getting feedbacks is the rewarding part when dealing with people, but we’ve learned even more from broken communications. Yes, that did happen too and I’ll never forget my first compensation claim for a severe damaged bathroom rejected by the adjudicator of the Tenancy Court saying if the landlord can prove that she (the tenant) has seen the damage, then she would be responsible. That was a real eyes opener resulting in better tenancies.
